Well Child Visits:
We accept most insurance plans. Please have your card with you at EACH visit.
Due to insurance requirements co-payments are due at check in with your appointment.
If we are not a provider for your insurance plan, cannot verify coverage or if you are not insured you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of the service.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

WE CARE A GREAT DEAL ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR CHILD AND UNDERSTAND WHEN DIFFICULTIES ARISE.

Please discuss with us any difficulties before your appointment so that appropriate arrangements can be made to make sure your child can be seen.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD YOUR NEWBORN TO YOUR POLICY WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM BIRTH BY CONTACTING YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT OR INSURANCE BROKER.
